Please read our Shop Info and our Terms & Conditions before you order. Our shop info & Term Condition is a basis of transaction agreement for each party (Buyer & Seller).

 

After receiving order, we will apply the export permit. After export permit released, we have to apply the phytosanitary certificate. The shipment will be done after the phytosanitary certificate released. Processing time will in range 2-3 weeks.

We use international shipping carrier: DHL Express/UPS**. This is fastest shipping we can afford. Usually to United States takes 5 - 7 days & Outside US 5-10 days delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package at the estimated delivery date and time. Please note, your plants health is guaranteed for 24 hours after delivery/attempted delivery. Should you miss delivery for any reason, you should contact your local post office to arrange pick up as soon as possible.

I urge all buyers to immediately open their packages and inspect for any damages, as well as photograph or take a video your plant upon arrival in any condition. I greatly appreciate contact about the condition of the plant upon arrival, and should there be any preventable damage or distress, photos will provide evidence as such. If you notice any issues, I ask to please send photos as soon after delivery as possible.

If your plant arrives and the box has obvious damage from mishandling, please photograph take a video the box from multiple angles before opening. Once the plant is out of my hands, I cannot be responsible for damages incurred by shipping or handling. However, with proper evidence and documentation I am more than happy to file or assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier for any qualifying damages!

Due to the nature of shipping live plants, I cannot accept returns without proper evidence of fault on my behalf, i.e., poor packaging. I take extra caution when packaging plants to ensure that all risk aspects of shipping are considered and accounted for to best prevent any unneccessary damages, sometimes plants like Alocasia, colocasia, xantasoma type plants, if sent leaves can turn yellow or fall off but the condition of the stem hump “tuber” is fine, customers can directly plant it later will appear new leaves, its ok “not rotten condition”

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. GENERAL TERM
1.1 Price included shipping cost & Phytosanitary Certificate . Phytosanitary Certificate used for import clearance process on Arrival. We will do some price adjustment depend on the plant's volume after packaging.

1.2 By placing the order, it means that customer agrees to our shop’s TERMS & CONDITIONS and fully understand the risk on international live plant’s shipment which refer to our shop’s Incoterms. We do not accept complaints and demands beyond those described in the terms and conditions.

1.3. Customers are responsible to understand whether the plants are forbidden or not in their country as well as understand the import requirement (incl. import duties and custom fees) in their country. In addition, it’s customers responsibility to pay import duties and custom fees (if any) through shipping carrier. We don’t take responsible for refund/replacement if your package is prohibited/detained/confiscated/destroyed/ returned to shipper by customs in the destination country and if the package is not delivered due to unpaid import duties and custom fees.

1.4. Customer shall inform us the active phone number and email address for shipping carrier information. We are not liable for any loss/ damage caused by customers who can’t be contacted by shipping carrier. DHL Express requires acceptance signature on delivery.

1.5 Customer shall send the import permit (if it’s required by destination country regulation) to us as attachment while applying phytosanitary certificate (import permit requirement is varied depends on customs regulation at the destination country).

1.6 By purchasing plant overseas, customer must aware that plant might not be in its best condition when it arrives due to long transportation process and plant state (with or without root). It will take some times (c. 14 days) to recover. As long as the root system is healthy, your plants will grow new bud/leaves by time. It is with best assumption that customer has the knowledge and experience to take care of the plants.

1.7. Customers must do the unboxing videos and pictures once receive and open the package.


1.8. We are welcoming international Seller on Wholesale pricing. Please drop us a message if you are interested. We suggest to use air cargo and custom brokerage services for customers who order in bulk, to reduce the shipment risks (faster delivery and safer process).

2. EXPORT PROCESS


2.1. Customer shall ensure the address for delivery after ordering plant. This address will be a reference for all export documents and import permit.

2.2. We don’t accept any request declared shipment as non-plant or other illegal action.

2.3. Please note that some countries require Import Permit or other document. It is customer obligation to provide the required Import Permit based on the destination country regulation.

For example (please kindly check to the updated regulation before purchase) :
a. Customer from Canada is required to provide Import Permit.
b. Customer from United Kingdom is required to provide PEACH (Procedure for Electronic Application for Certificates) from The Horticultural Marketing Inspectorate Government of United Kingdom.
c. Customer from USA shall provide import permit for order more than 12 plants and if being required by US Department of Agriculture (USDA).

2.4. We have to submit application of EXPORT PERMIT from Indonesian Department of Agriculture prior to shipping. It could take 1-2 weeks after you placed an order (if there’s prolong processing time than schedule, we will inform customers directly). It is an ONLINE process, so won't affect the plant.

2.5 After export permit released, we have to apply the phytosanitary certificate as mandatory document prior international plants shipment.

3. CUSTOM & SHIPPING PROCESS
3.1. Our packaging is complied to International Shipment Standard depends on the destination country regulation. We use Styrofoam box or cardboard boxes as secondary packaging. (For winter time, we also use foil insulation bubble wrap as thermal insulation to maintain the temperature during shipment).

3.2. We ship plants with Phytosanitary Certificates in every shipment, indicating that the plants already passed the quarantine inspection (free from pests) and meet customer’s country requirements.


3.3. Customer must understand, shipping duration is depending on the Custom Clearance process (including inspection and quarantine if required by your country’s authority) and delivery schedule of shipping carrier. In term of delay, Customer must contact the local shipment carrier’s service center to monitor the progress. We are not be responsible for the quality of delivery.

3.6. Custom clearance fees, import duties & taxes (if required), and other additional documents require by customs are the customer’s responsibility. Customers agrees to not request any refund/replacement if they couldn't fulfil the requirement in any conditions. Failed to pay the duties and fees as well as give further information if it’s required by shipping carrier/custom at destination country will cause the package is returned back to Indonesia.

3.7. We are not liable for any loss, damage, death, or injury arising directly or indirectly from any process caused by weather (i.e heat wave, force majeure, cold damage), custom decision (prohibited, detained, confiscated, destroyed, returned to shipper) or shipping process (handling, treatment, and length of time of release) which are beyond our control as seller. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to prolong custom clearance process (on hold by custom for further inspection if required) and awaiting delivery schedule of shipping carrier. Customers agrees to not request any refund or plant replacement or other compensation if above conditions happen.

3.8. Customers responsible to monitor the tracking shipment status when the package has been shipped. Please kindly check the plants condition thoroughly when it's delivered and if you have any complaints, please send us message follow by the unboxing pictures and videos (roots, stems and leaves both front and back sides), plants and package (inner and outer package) conditions as proof within 24 hours after the package is delivered (plants arrival). Without proof and detail information of the package condition when you receive it and if we receive complaints more than 24 hours of plants arrival, then customers will not eligible for any refund/replacement.

3.8. Customers can request the actual pictures prior shipping date after the phytosanitary certificate release by sending us notes when make the order. Without customer’s request, we are not responsible for sending the actual plant pictures that will be shipped. We don’t accept booking plants prior the export documents (export permit and phytosanitary certificate) release.

3.9. We don’t accept return packages for any reasons. Plant will be destroyed by Indonesia Custom when returning back to Indonesia.
